1.4Important Statement: The Platform is an M2B information matching platform without online transaction or payment functions. All data is stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China, and your personal information will not be transmitted outside the country.

(i)Providing the Services: account registration and verification, enterprise qualification review, information display and matching, supply-demand matching, online communication;

(ii)Improving Service Quality: analyzing user habits to optimize platform functions and user experience;

(iii)Security Protection: identifying, preventing, and handling fraud, security risks, and other harmful activities;

(iv)Customer Support: responding to your inquiries, complaints, and suggestions;

(v)Compliance Requirements: complying with laws and regulations and responding to legitimate requests from government authorities;

(vi)Sending Notifications: including service updates, system maintenance, policy changes, and other notices.

4.2Important Statement: As the Platform has no cross-border business, your personal information will not be transmitted outside the territory of the People's Republic of China. All data is stored on domestic servers.

Article 5 Information Storage and Protection

5.1Storage Location: Your personal information will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China, with server hosting services provided by Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd., located in Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province.

5.2Retention Period: We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, unless laws and regulations require or permit a longer retention period. When determining the retention period, we consider the following factors:

(i) The time required to achieve the collection purposes;

(ii) The minimum retention period required by laws and regulations;

(iii) A reasonable period necessary for handling relevant disputes or claims;

(iv) Accounting, auditing, and compliance requirements.

After you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period (usually within 30 days after account cancellation), except as otherwise required by laws and regulations.

(ii) Access control and permission management;

6.2 As the Platform is an M2B enterprise information service platform, we only collect basic information related to enterprise business and do not involve the above categories of sensitive personal information.

6.3 If sensitive personal information needs to be collected for special business requirements, we will separately inform you in advance of the purpose, method, and scope of collection, and obtain your separate consent.

Article 7 Automated Decision-Making

7.1We Do Not Use Automated Decision-Making. Automated decision-making refers to activities where computer programs automatically analyze and evaluate an individual's behavioral habits, interests, or economic, health, or credit status, and make decisions based on such analysis.

7.2 The Platform's information matching services are based on enterprise information and product information actively provided by users, achieved through technical means such as keyword matching, and do not involve automatic analysis and evaluation of individual behavioral habits or characteristics.

Article 8 Your Rights

8.1 In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

(i)Right to Know: You have the right to know how we collect and use your personal information. This Policy is the primary guarantee of your right to know;

(ii)Right to Access: You have the right to access your personal information. You can view most information by logging into your account;

(iii)Right to Correction: If you find that your personal information is inaccurate, you have the right to request correction. You can modify some information through account settings or contact us for correction;

(iv)Right to Deletion: Under circumstances permitted by law (such as when the purpose of information processing has been achieved, you withdraw consent, or we process your information in violation of laws and regulations), you have the right to request deletion of your personal information;

Article 12 Dispute Resolution

12.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Policy shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

12.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Policy shall first be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties; if consultation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the competent people's court at the location of the Platform operator (Longgang District, Shenzhen).
